个人档案文件管理

要求:设有一个人档案文件，它包含每个 人的姓名、年龄、性别、身高和体重。其中姓名占10个字节，年龄占2个字节，性别占一个字节，身高占3个字节，体重占两个字节。编写程序，要求能接受如下命令：

L命令：列出文件中所有人的情况，每人一行

I命令：在文件最后插入一个人的情况(一条记录)
