基于VC++的即时通讯工具设计开发一个简单的网络聊天通讯程序
1、以客户－服务器方式工作，给出服务器工作端口和客户机工作端口，任何一方都可以主动发起连接服务请求；
2、显示连接建立的过程；
3、定义客户机和服务器之间的通信格式及各个控制字段的作用；
3、服务端和客户端可用命令行界面或Windows风格界面实现，显示通讯双方发送和接收信息内容；
4、通讯结束后，任何一方都可以终止通信，并撤销已连接的链路，释放网络资源。
