编制一个insert函数，该函数的功能是在一个有序的数列函数中插入一个数后仍有序。

要求：(1)主函数实现由键盘输入一个有序数列和要插入的数.

(2)insert函数设有两个虚参,指针变量和数值型变量,分别接受数列首地址和要插入的数,insert函数实现数据插入.
