通用信息发布系统

目的：替换现有的校园网信息发布系统，从功能、性能和通用性三方面加以改进，实现一个具有较高可用性、可操作性的信息发布与管理系统。-Common Information Dissemination System Objective: To replace the existing campus network information dissemination system, the functionality, performance and versatility to be improved in three areas, the realization of a high availability, interoperability and the dissemination of information management systems.
