贲文介绍了一种高精度数字式就地指示温度计。使用Pt1000热电阻做测温传感器,采用典型的三线制接线方法来实现热电阻采样检测电路及导线的补偿。设计了微功耗高分辨率、高精度采样A/D通道,使得在-100℃~300℃范围内,测量精度达到了0.02 。设计了微功耗的控制核心MCU电路,微功耗采样和控制电路、微功耗配套电源和微功耗显示模块及键盘,在使用一节2AH/3.6V的AA型锂电池的情况下能够连续工作三年。提供了数字校准技术,方便用户在更换传感器后自行进行系统校准。-This design introduced a high-precision on-spot digital thermometer. It use PT1000 thermal resistance as the temperature sensor, and it use the classical three lines system. In the range of-100℃~300℃ the measure precision can be 0.02 .And it designed a low power consumption of sampling control power and the display circuits. With a 2AH/3.6V AA Li-battery it can be used for three years. And this design can be digital calibration to facility the user to calibrate himself.
