內部資訊系統主要分為以下幾個模塊：
登錄模塊：處理用戶登錄信息，並將相關資訊寫入系統日誌；
個人信息模塊：個人資訊模塊主要包括使用者個人資訊的修改，使用者之間的消息互通，通訊錄，記事本，在站點活動情況及內部郵箱登錄介面和一個附加的功能“萬年曆”以方便使用者的工作。
所有資訊模塊：該模塊為本系統的主要功能模塊，用於保存與處理公司各部門之間的資訊溝通。包含部門列表與資訊列表。在這裏用戶可以代表所在部門向公司各部門發布資訊，回復資訊和確認資訊的接收與完成情況。用戶的所有活動都將記入系統日誌，以便日後核查。
信息檢索模塊：此模塊為方便用戶查詢資訊而開發的，它提供了對使用者的查詢及資訊的查詢。
站務管理模塊：該模塊只提供給系統管理員使用，系統管理員可以在本模塊中增加與刪除系統中使用者及部門，並具有修改使用者及部門資訊的權力。同時系統管理員可查看系統日誌，及時瞭解使用在系統中的活動情況。
站點統計模塊：本模塊是個附加的功能模塊，它提供了系統對本系統主頁訪問量的統計及熱門信息的排行。
通知系統模塊：此模塊僅提供發放通知的功能，最後發出的通知將在主頁的彈出式網頁中彈出。-Internal information system is mainly divided into the following modules:
