使用Visual Basic 6.0作为管理系统的开发平台，ACCESS2000用于数据源的开发；使用ODBC（开放式数据库连接）进行对数据源 的连接，SQL结构化查询语言用于实现查询功能。之所以采用vb作为开发平台主要是考虑到对此种语言的熟悉性以及使用vb能够在较短的时间内给用户提供友好的界面和完善的功能，缩短了开发周期。而数据源的开发最初是想使用SQL Server企业管理器进行的，但是考虑到ACCESS的简单易用性，最终还是采用了ACCESS2000。-The use of Visual Basic 6.0 as a development platform management system, ACCESS2000 data sources for development　the use of ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) to connect to data sources, SQL Structured Query Language for the realization of the inquiry.
