from the capture equipments are processed directly, so that the speed of processing is increased. This approach intends to transform color images into binary
images directly by selecting the right color model, then denoise and filter the images with region connectivity technology. Finally, the region of the plate is
segmented and extracted using horizontal and vertical projection value of binary images.
