：本文设计基于GSM 系统，介绍了以Q2403A 模块，HT46R64芯

片为核心的远程控制报警系统。由于GSM 网络在全球范围内实现了

联网和漫游，所以利用短信模块传送／接收信息来对机械设备进行操作

控制具有实时、方便、快捷等优点。本文对远程控制系统的设计开发过

程和功能实现进行描述。
