Unix(Solaris,AIX,HP-UX),Linux下適用，通過ping.list設定所要測試在綫與否的機器

清單（默認與solaris hosts文件格式一致)，通過mail.list設定要通知的人的郵件或者要撥的號碼(需要moden卡支持)到達
