歌曲信息管理系统的基本功能：
（1）录入歌曲的基本信息（包括：歌曲名、作者、歌曲的属性（美声、民族、通俗）、演唱者、发行时间）；
（2）修改、删除歌曲的基本信息；
（3）按作者的字典顺序显示歌曲信息（每屏显示15条信息）；
（4）按歌曲的属性显示歌曲信息（每屏显示15条信息）；
（5）按作者统计其创作的歌曲数量；
（6）按歌曲名、作者、演唱者等信息进行查询（若查询信息不存在，输出没找到的信息）；
